Business Consulting Services
Providing execution-level support for trade and investment activities.
Supporting business consulting services provide execution-level support for trade and investment. They cover China-Australia business matching, business setup advisory, customs clearance and supply chain facilitation, and business intermediary services, all conducted within the scope authorised by both parties.
Consulting Overview
consulting-match handles supply-demand matching and discussion organisation; consulting-setup handles Australian entity establishment preparation; consulting-customs handles customs clearance and supply chain milestones; consulting-intermediary handles project referrals and deal facilitation.
Relationship to Trade and Investment
Consulting does not replace trade execution or investment decisions; rather, it shortens the time to establish trust, confirm conditions and prepare materials.
Authorisation and Fees
Intermediary and consulting services must define scope, duration and fees in written authorisation. Avoid verbal "full authorisation" that leads to disputes.
Confidentiality and Conflicts of Interest
We maintain confidentiality obligations over both parties' sensitive commercial information. When conflicts of interest exist, we disclose them and adjust the service scope.
Delivery Method
Process transparency, milestone trackers and bilingual meeting minutes are our delivery standard, facilitating both parties' internal approval and review processes.
Getting Started
Please indicate the consulting type, countries/regions involved, urgency level and known partners.
Four Consulting Scenarios
(1) China–Australia trade matchmaking: supply-demand matching and meeting coordination. (2) Business establishment: Australian entity, registration, and banking preparation. (3) Customs and supply chain: documentation and agent coordination. (4) Intermediary cooperation: project introduction and condition facilitation. All four can be engaged independently; fees and authorisation must be separately agreed.
Coordination with Trade Execution
Consulting should not replace the professional opinions of customs brokers, lawyers, or accountants. The ideal model is: consulting maps pathways and checklists, trade executes goods flow, and the client's licensed advisers provide conclusions. A single contact maintaining the milestone table reduces information fragmentation.
Authorisation and Fee Transparency
Matters not authorised in writing are outside our execution scope. Intermediary fees, advisory fees, success fees, and similar must have clearly defined trigger conditions in the agreement; we reject undisclosed commission arrangements.

The value of consulting is breaking complex cross-border issues into "who, when, provides what, under which rule".
Consulting Triage
Select only one primary consulting type per email for faster allocation to the relevant colleague.
Four Scenarios
Matching, setup, customs and intermediary can be engaged independently.
Execution Support
Shortening trust-building and materials preparation time.
Written Authorisation
Scope, duration and fees must be specified in agreements.
Minutes Delivery
Bilingual milestone trackers facilitate both parties' internal approvals.
